COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A parking lot user questioning the legitimacy of the fine may file a complaint form within 14 days from the date of issuance of the fine. After filing a complaint, you should withhold payment of the Additional Fee until the date you receive an answer. If your complaint is accepted, the Additional Fee is canceled. In the case of a refusal decision, the Client is obliged to pay the Additional Fee by the date indicated on the demand for payment.
The response to the complaint is provided in writing to the address of residence provided when submitting the complaint form or electronically to the e-mail address provided by the User.

The complaint should contain the following information: fine number, vehicle registration number, name, residence address or e-mail address, attachments and a brief description of the reason for the complaint.

1. I would like to pay my Additional Fee from my fine - how do I do it?

The Additional Fee can be paid by:

a) payment by debit or credit card, electronic banking transfer or BLIK - via the Tpay mobile payment operator

To do this, you should:

  • scan the QR code on your fine or
  • log on to the website listed on the fine by entering your vehicle registration number and your fine number.

b) making a transfer to the bank account indicated in the fine.

2. How to submit a complaint?

3.How much time do I have to submit a complaint?

Car park user who questions the legitimacy of issuing the fine may submit acomplaint within 14 days of issuing the fine. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

4.How long do I have to wait for a response to my complaint?

APCOA will respond to your complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

5.What is the deadline for payment of the Additional Fee if I file a claim?

We encourage you to pay the Additional Fee within 7 days. For facilities where the amount of the Additional Fee is variable and depends on the timing of your payment, paying the fine within 7 days from the date the fine is issued secures you a lower payment due. After this date, you must pay the full amount of the Additional Fee. If your claim is accepted, the Additional Fee is canceled and the amount previously paid is returned to your account. In the case of a refusal decision and the absence of a prior payment, you are obliged to pay the Additional Fee in the amount and by the date indicated on the demand for payment to APCOA's bank account.

6.What information should a complaint contain?

The complaint should contain the following information: fine number, vehicle registration number, name, residence address or e-mail address, attachments and a brief description of the reason for the complaint.

7.What should I do when my fine is lost?

If your fine is lost, please contact us by e-mail:
parkingi(at)apcoa.pl.

In the content of the e-mail, please provide the vehicle registration number and the city and facility where you received the request for payment.
In return, we will provide you an individual account number to pay the Additional Fee.
