Shopping Center Forum is a regular annual meeting of tenants and shopping center developers since 2005. It is considered to be the biggest event of this kind in Central Europe. It takes place twice a year: winter / spring (one day) and autumn (2 days). As every year, APCOA PARKING took part in this prestigious event, which fell on 17 and 18 September. The main aims of the forum were:
- Presentation of projects of shopping centers
- Commercialization of land/ground
- Networking developers and tenants
- Conferences and presentations
- Presentations of new technologies and services for landlords and shopping centers
The most important meetings- landlords and developers Already for 8 years Shopping Center Forum focuses on attracting new landlords and developers of shopping centers in Poland. In September edition of the Shopping Center Forum 2014 nearly 1,300 people (including 250 representatives of landlords) attended the exhibition. The two-day event was intensively filled with lectures, panel discussions, business talks, chats and contacts sharing. The success of three previous editions of the Forum in the form of the exhibition/fair showed how much the Polish retail industry requires a big prestigious event, offering the exchange of ideas, presentation of projects and new contacts development in commercial real estate world. The next stage of development of the Shopping Center Forum is to become the biggest event of this kind in Central and Eastern Europe. Many exhibitors wish to enlarge this Forum and to attract more businesses, landlords and developers of real estate arena from entire region. This wish became a major task and future perspective for the organizers.
