False charge notices

/en/news/latest-news/article/false-charge-notices/

There have been incidents of third parties issuing false charge notices at APCOA-operated car parks, allegedly for parking without a valid ticket. These notices are not from our enforcement officers and we have reported them to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

The false charge notices state a bank account number that is not APCOA's but is used to defraud the public.

Please note that parking charge notices from APCOA's enforcement officers feature a QR code redirecting to our website for details of each notice. There, you can check the notice number and the photos our officers have taken, learn about the reasons for extra charge and either appeal or pay your notice. With this solution, you can quickly and conveniently check if the notice you've been issued is genuine.

Please also remember that our enforcement officers do not collect any charges: payments can only be made electronically.

Should you have any questions or doubts, please feel free to call us at 22 300 12 31 or send us an e-mail to reklamacje(at)apcoa.pl.
