A car park user disputing the validity of a summons may lodge a complaint within 14 days of the summons being issued. If your complaint is accepted, the Additional Charge is cancelled. In the case of a refusal, the Customer is obliged to pay the Additional Charge within the period indicated on the summons.
The response to the complaint is provided in writing to the address of the place of residence provided when the complaint was made or electronically to the e-mail address provided by the User.
