On 12th September, 2013 it was the opening of PLAC UNII shopping and office complex in Warsaw. The commercial section was named PLAC UNII CITY SHOPPING. APCOA PARKING manages the car park in this new opened complex.

This car park was designed for 780 vehicles and it is equipped with a modern parking system DESIGNA and  additionally the PARKING SPACE GUIDE SYSTEM (LED). This multi-storey car park has four levels - the first for suppliers, the second and the third for the shopping centre’s customers and the fourth for the office section employees. PLAC UNII is situated on the boarder of two city districts: SRODMIESCIE and MOKOTOW. This is the place which is ‘always on the way to drop in for a cup of coffee, some shopping or business lunch’. The architects wanted to create the place where business world can meet relaxing area. The complex has 41,300 square metres of office space and 15,500 square metres of selling space.

The project of PLAC UNII was created in the famous APA Kurylowicz & Associates architecture studio. The building has a simple and elaborate form and that’s the reason of its modern and futuristic beauty. Because of its very good localization, amazing architecture and wide portfolio of leaseholders PLAC UNII became the desirable point on the business map of the capital city of Poland.
